Patricia studied Arts and Design in Barcelona. Afterwards, she completed two postgraduate programs at the prestigious Blanquerna University. After a decade working in several award-winning agencies, she decided to pursue directing in the States. She attended the NYFA in New York and UCLA later on. She lives in Los Angeles now and has recently obtained her dual citizenship.
Currently, Patricia works as a commercial and branded content director for major brands like UGG, Hallmark, Netflix and Disney. Her work has featured names such as Chrissy Teigen and Angela Lindvall. Patricia’s narrative work has been official selection of Oscar-qualifying festivals like Cinequest, Hollyshorts and the Los Angeles International Short Film Fest.
Furthermore, Patricia had the honor to be selected as one of the filmmakers to participate in the 2018 Werner Herzog Filmmaking Workshop in Peru organized by The Black Factory Cinema. For then days, she submerged in the Peruvian jungle to make a short film under Werner Herzog’s guidance. The result: Pokiya Iya, a short film about the last day of school of an indigenous girl.
At present, Patricia is in the development stages of her first narrative feature, Mal Aire, based on the short she shot in Peru.
